Create a great looking rectangled web layout.
1. Open the image you want to use for background.
2. Now switch to channel view(in the Layers Pallete, click on the Channels tab) and create a new channel.
3. Select the Rounded Rectangular Tool.
4. Now make a selection and then select the new created channel, hold Ctrl and click on the channel. This will select the rectangle.
5. Now select the Move Tool, hold Ctrl+Shift+Alt and then, holding the left-mouse button move the rectangle to the right. Release the mouse button. You should get something like this:
