Apply a puzzle/jigsaw pattern to your photo.
1. Open your photo. I used a Jessica Alba photo here.
2. Go to Filter>>Texture>>Texturizer. Here, click on the small arrow, as shown below and select Load Texture. Now go to your Adobe Photoshop installation folder and go the texture folder, which is located here …\Photoshop CS\Presets\Textures. From here select the puzzle.psd file and hit OK.
3. Now apply the following settings(of course, you can use your own settings to make it exactly how you like):
