7. Now place the cloud layer over sea layer. Slightly overlapped at the edge of horizon so we get smooth
blending!
8. To create some more interest, add an tower like mountain. and paint it dark blue.
9. The final desired effect you need is something blue and mono colour feel with different tonal value. So convert the step 7 picture to black and whitegradient map and then play around with colour balance and variation tool.
