Learn how to add glowing neons to your car’s picture.

1. Open the image.

2. Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool an select an area like in the image below. After that go to Edit>>Copy and and then Copy>>Paste(this will create a new layer).

3. Now, with the bottom layer selected, use the Polygonal Lasso Tool and select 2 areas in the front and on the side of the car and fill them with the colour of the neons. Something like the picture below(after you select the first area, hold down Shift key and select the second area):

4. Now go to Layer>>Layer Style>>Outer Glow and use the settings below (of course you can change them to best fit your car photo)

5. Now make sure the layer order in the layer palette is like this:

6. And you’re done. You car should look like this:
